Dae Hyun Yoon is a professor of Psychiatry at the Healthcare System Gangnam Center of Seoul National University Hospital. He graduated from Seoul National University College of Medicine and completed his professional training at Seoul National University Hospital. He specializes in stress, psychosomatic, and lifestyle medicine. Currently, he is a regular contributor for the Chosun Ilbo with his column, Yoon Dae Hyun’s Mind Reading. His columns offer insight into mind-control for exhausted and anxious individuals in modern society. He has also been participating as a regular panelist in various television and radio programs, including KBS program Morning Plaza, KBS Radio programs This is Radio Doctor, Lee Chung Hyeon and Jung Jae Hyun,g and Moon Hee Jun’s Fun Life, and the MBC Radio program Women’s Era with Yang Hee Eun and Seo Kyung Suk. He has also written and published several books, including Three Minutes a Day, Time to Focus on Me, Yoon Dae Hyun’s Mind Success, and Don’t Hurt Yourself.
