JANG Se Gil was born in 1971 in Jeonbuk State and received a doctorate in cultural anthropology. Since 2011, the Jeonbuk State Institute has been in charge of regional cultural policy. From January 2023, he was responsible for the establishment of the comprehensive plan for Jeonbuk State and conducted research on the vision, strategies, and tasks of Jeonbuk State.
