KIM Kyungmi, a member of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Council, has served as a member of the 11th Jeju Special Self-Governing Council's Health and Welfare Safety Committee, the Agricultural and Contract Economic Committee, and the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts. She is also the chairman of the 12th Jeju Special Self-Governing Council's Health and Welfare Safety Committee and the deputy representative of the Jeju Social Economic Forum. She is also an expert on social welfare and a representative worker of the Jeju Provincial Council who is devoted to welfare by winning the 2023 Disabled Human Rights Forum's Outstanding Policy Member for the Disabled, the 2022 Korea Social Workers Association's Local Council Welfare Award, and the 2019 National Council Presidential Award.
