Biography
Tsutomu Kikuchi is professor of international relations at the Department of International Politics, Aoyama-Gakuin University and Senior Adjunct Fellow at the Japan Institute of International Affairs(JIIA), Tokyo. He is specializing in political economy of the Asia-Pacific. He has been deeply involved in the track-two processes in the Asia-Pacific, especially through PECC(Pacific Economic Cooperation) and CSCAP(Council on Security Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific). He was a visiting fellow at the Australian National University (ANU) and the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS), a visiting professor at the University of British Columbia(UBC), and consultant of the Asian Development Bank(ADB). He obtained a doctoral degree from Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo
