Imesh POKHAREL is the Deputy Representative of the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Seoul. He has more than 20 years of experience in human rights, peacebuilding, rule of law and accountability working in Thailand, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Geneva, Malaysia and Nepal.
