Jongim BYUN is the executive director of the division lifelong education policy at the National Institute for Lifelong Education in Seoul, South Korea. Her research interests include learning city, community development, learning voucher, and adult literacy education. She has worked as a consultant on policy issues for a wide variety of lifelong education.
