In particular, in December 2010, the 'Ordinance on Support for Independent Living of the Severely Disabled' and the 'Ordinance on the Promotion of Human Rights of the Disabled' were proposed and enacted with the unanimous approval of both the ruling and opposition parties (73 expelled members), and the Standing Committee and Budget and Settlement Special Committee were active. Through this, the budget related to the disabled was increased by about KRW 32 billion so that practical benefits could be returned to the disabled people in Seoul through legislative activities. In the process of this, the Seoul Metropolitan Council cooperated with and enforced the execution of the budget through fasting and 108 bows, unprecedented before and after the history of the Seoul Metropolitan Council.
For the first time in the history of proportional representation of people with disabilities, which has continued for over 20 years since the 15th National Assembly, he returned to the community and resumed his activities in the disabled human rights movement.
Currently, as the head of the Business Support Center for the Disabled under the Ministry of Small and Medium Business, carrying out various legislative activities based on the mainstreaming of the economy for the disabled. Through major activities in various areas as field activists, politicians, and heads of public institutions, a remarkable leader in the Korean disability community.
