Since the appointment of Dept. of Political Science as the assistant professor in 1996, I have been teaching on Diplomacy, International organizations, Public Diplomacy, International Security, etc. to present. During this term, I have been charged as the dean of Social Science and Graduate School of Public Administration. And also, in local community I have served as the Chairman of Localization, the committee of Local Diplomacy for Council of Governors of the Republic of Korea. For now, I am the Chairman of the Election and Broadcasting Committee for Jeju Election Commission and the Deputy of Jeju Unification Center. Simultaneously, as a project manager I am doing the KF Public Diplomacy University Empowerment Project (2019) and Consul Human Resources Development Project for the benefit of the local diplomatic capability.
