I was born in Jeju Island and majored in art in college. I have been learning stone wall building skills from my father since 2005 and am currently living as a stonemason on Jeju Island.
I am taking pictures of Jeju’s stone walls and the stonemasons at work. I have been running the Dolbitna Art School since 2015 to promote the value of Jeju stone culture and pass on stone wall building techniques to the public.
