Chairman Young cheal, YANG served as a professor in the Department of Public Administration at Jeju National University, having passed deep expertise in public administration and local governance through profound research. Leveraging his knowledge and proficiency, he served as the president of the Korean Association for Local Government Studies and actively participated as a member of the Promotion Committee at the Prime Minister's Office for Jeju Self-Governing Province. By bridging academia and practical fields, he proposed in-depth analyses and effective policies, contributing to the development of local governance in Jeju Self-Governing Province. Building upon these experiences, he has currently been serving as the Chairman of the Jeju International City Development Center, leading the direction of development for Jeju and Korea's internationalization and playing a pivotal role in this endeavor.
