KIM Doo Han is the acting executive director of the Future Investment Division and the head of the Future Business Division in Jeju Free International City Development Center. He has served as a policy adviser to the governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and has been working at the Jeju Free International City Development Center since 2005. He has served as the chief of staff, public relations chief, education industry chief, personnel management chief, medical business chief, planning and coordination chief, future business department head, and science complex operation team head. He is currently serving as the acting head of the Future Investment Division and the head of the Future Business Division. He majored in microbiological engineering at Konkuk University and obtained a master's degree in energy and environment policy from the Kyoto University Graduate School of Japan after studying at the Economic Research Institute at Kyoto University in Japan. He is also a translator of the Japanese books <Gi and Entropy> and <The Trap of Poll>.
