Kim Sung-jung is the vice governor of Administrative Affairs in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. He is from Jeju City, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. He graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in Administrative Affairs, and received Master's degrees in administrative affairs from Seoul National University Graduate School and Exeter University. Vice governor Kim was the Senior Executive Officer of the Presidential Secretariat. And he also served as the chief secretary, Director-General of Governmental Innovation and Planning, Director-General of Organizational Policy, and Director-General of Disaster Response in the Ministry of interior.
