Sohee Yang is currently working as a Chief Operating Officer at NPO AGNICA, a non-profit organisation in South Korea dedicated to promoting political innovation through civic-hacking projects and a problem-solving approach in the country's political ecosystem. She is also the founder and director of the Jeju
Youth Dream-trip Scholarship Programme (known as 'Bisanghan-sangsang'), which she established and raised a social fund on her blog 'Soheeworld(소히월드)'. The programme aims to bridge the experience divide by providing opportunities for local youth to empower their dreams beyond their boundaries.
Sohee is also a highly accomplished professional who has represented South Korea at various international summits and conferences, including the 71st UN General Assembly, 2016 APEC Summit, UN Youth, Peace & Security Consultation, Girls20 Summit, OGP Global Summit, GSEF, and many others. Driven by her commitment to tackling the inequalities inherent in societal structures, Sohee has been at the forefront of seeking effective solutions and rallying support for their implementation. Subsequently, she has garnered invaluable experience and insights into the political arena, working at the CSIS Korea Chair, and serving as a parliamentary aide, spokesperson for a political party, manager of the messaging team for the Seoul Mayor\'s campaign, policy staff member in a presidential election campaign, and chairperson of a grassroots organisation\'s election campaign for the recent local election.

Her primary areas of focus include inclusive technologies, political innovation, and regional development. Sohee has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting sustainable development and making a positive impact on her community and a more inclusive society throughout her career.
