Dong-ryul KANG is a researcher at the OJEong Resilience Institute (OJERI) at Korea University, as well as a Network Manager for the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) Korea. He is dedicated to promoting Global Citizenship EDucation (GCED) and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) to help create a sustainable future. He recognizes the important role that youth can play in achieving the United Nations\' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Carbon Neutrality, and is currently training over 3,500 youth activists in 80 groups across 42 universities in Korea. He has been recognized for his work with numerous awards, including the 2022 Korea Sustainable Development Award, the 2020 Korea Fair Trade Award, the 2016 Korea Social Contribution Award, and the 2015 Korea Talent Award.
