Hiroaki Sikida is a three-term member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly in Japan. He serves as Secretary-General of the Korea–Japan Friendship Assembly Members’ Association of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly, President of the Japan–Thailand Friendship Assembly Members’, Secretary-General of the Japan–China Friendship Assembly Members’ League, and Chair of the Political Affairs Research Committee of the Liberal Democratic Party’s Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly Members.
