Dr. AN, Hyuong Joon is a research fellow at Science and Technology Policy Institute as well as the head of Policy Research 2 at the National Space Policy Research Center, a space policy think tank supported by the Ministry of Science and ICT. He received his B.S. and M.S. at Seoul National University and Ph.D. in the history of science and technology at Georgia Institute of Technology. Currently, he is working on various space policy researches such as New Space industry, space exploration & international cooperation and so on. As a member of major national space development committees such as the National Space Development Promotion Working Committee, the Korean Space Launch Vehicle Program Promotion Committee, and the KPLO (Korean Lunar Exploration Program) Promotion Committee.
