Frank Smith has been a freelance multi-media journalist based in Seoul, South Korea for the past 15 years. He has worked for numerous international broadcasters including TRT World, Deutsche Welle, ABC News Australia, Channel News Asia, Agence France-Presse, CNN and Press TV. In addition to his work as a journalist, Frank conducts seminar courses at Yonsei University Graduate School of International Studies, which focus on media and politics. Frank also appears regularly on South Korean media, including Arirang TV's ", "Foreign Correspondents", as well as TvN's "Foreign News Avengers", which included coverage from Washington D.C.. Frank is particularly interested in providing the international community with a perspective of South Korean news events that is under-represented in the "Western" international media landscape.
