Heejong Jin is a lecturer in the Department of Public Relations at Jeju National University. He is working to establish the concept of ‘Eco Legal Person’ academically and spread it to the public to have the legal right of self-preservation for important ecological resources in order to overcome climate and crises. It serves as the chairman of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Social Convention Committee. he served as a special professor at Jeju International University, as an audit committee member of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province audit committee, and as an MC for the live radio current affairs program 'Heejong Jin's Jeju Diagnosis' on KBS Jeju.
