Biography

After entering the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy in 1980, he went through the distribution industry, Europe, and Daishin secretaries, and was related to the creation of the APWC in Malaysia (Japanese Embassy) from 1988 to 1991. In 1998, he was in charge of reforming the over-the-counter market, including attracting NASDAQ, as well as enacting the Stock Options and PFI Act.
He has served as a special professor at Tokyo National University of Technology and University of Waseda since he retired from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry\'s Asia Oceania in 2002, and then the Cabinet Secretary for Financial and Economic Cooperation (Intellectual Property Strategy Promotion in 2007. From June 2016 to July 21, he exchanged with the executive director of the Japan - China Economic Association, Communist Party officials in China, and businessmen. Every year, the Japan-China Economic Association, Gyeongdanryeon, and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce have been in charge of secretary-general, and since July 21, the Japan-China Economic Association has retired as a special advisor to SMBC Nikko Securities.
