Ko, Da-seul is a PhD student in the Department of Political Science and Diplomacy at Jeju National University, and she also possesses a Master of Arts in Political Science from the same institution for her work on local government city diplomacy. She has worked on several projects, including the KF Public Diplomacy Projects(2022), as well as research on how to analyze and strengthen the capacity of international development cooperation in Jeju(2018) and recommendations on how to revitalize the international exchange and cooperation network in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province(2022). City diplomacy, East Asian international relations, and international development cooperation are among her research interests.
