Biography
Dr. Eun Ha Chang is a Research Fellow at the Center for International Development and Cooperation, KWDI. She also teaches at Kyunghee University as a Visiting Professor (2018-2020, 2023), and assumes numerous advisory positions in the South Korean Government. Prior to joining KWDI, she was a Research Fellow at the Center for International Studies at Yonsei University(2011-2012) and a Visiting Fellow at Harvard-Yenching Institute(2008-2010). Her research interests include gender and development, global humanitarian assistance, SDGs, women, peace and security(WPS) agenda and North Korea.
Eun Ha holds a Ph. D. (2011) in international studies from the Graduate School of International Studies at Yonsei University, a MALD (2001) from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a B.A. (1997) in French Language and Literature from Yonsei University. She taught at Yonsei and Korea University(2011-2012), and had worked as a communication specialist at McKinsey & Company(1997-1999). Eun Ha won Best Lecturer Awards from Korea University in 2012 and Kyunghee University in 2018 and 2019.
Eun Ha holds a Ph. D.
