Director Suh Yong joo joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2003. She served at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea in Geneva, and the Korean embassy in Senegal, and was head of the North American and European Economic Affairs Division and Director for Coordination at the UN PKO Ministerial Secretariat. She acquired her bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Korea University and a master’s degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Science in the United States.
