Biography
서용주 과장은 2003년 제37회 외무고시로 외교부에 입부했다. 이후 주제네바대표부 1등서기관, 주세네갈대사관 참사관, 북미유럽경제외교과장, UN PKO 기획단 기획총괄부장을 거쳐 현재 외교부 서유럽과장으로 활동하고 있다. 고려대학교 영어영문학과를 졸업하였으며 하버드 동아시아지역학 석사 학위를 취득하였다.
Director Suh Yong joo joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2003. She served at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea in Geneva, the Korean embassy in Senegal, and was head of the North American and European Economic Affairs Division and Director for Coordination at the UN PKO Ministerial Secretariat. She acquired her bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Korea University and a master’s degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Science in the United States.
