Dr. AHN young-hoey, graduated from graduate School with a Ph.D. in Social Welfare at Pyeongtaek University. She is currently a lecturer at Sogang University, a member of the Disability Rights Committee at the National Human Rights Commission of Korea, and director of the Sign Language Interpretation Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul, under the Korean Association of the Deaf.
