Biography
Wilfredo B. Ruin은 경북대학교 농업학 석사과정 유학생이자, 필리핀의 포괄적이고 현대화된 농장을 기획, 관리하는 필리핀 농무부의 기획 책임자이다. 도시 및 농촌 계획에 대한 학습 기회를 얻기 위해 더 많은 국가를 여행하는 것이 목표이다.
I am Wilfredo B. Ruin. An international student of Kyungpook National University taking the masters degree on Agriculture. I am also a Planning Officer of the Philippine Department of Agriculture who envisions an inclusive and modernized farm sector in the future Philippines. My goal is to travel to more countries for learning opportunities on urban and rural planning.
