Wilfredo B. Ruin is an international student of Kyungpook National University taking a master's degree on Agriculture. I am also a Planning Officer of the Philippine Department of Agriculture which envisions an inclusive and modernized farm sector in the future Philippines. My goal is to travel to more countries for learning opportunities in urban and rural planning.
