The latter experience has allowed him to secure a role at the Ecuadorian Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, as Director of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation. A main feature of his role was his participation and design of projects and activities to foster the development of the Ecuadorian agricultural sector on a national, and international scale.
