Biography
이상화 공공외교대사는 1991년 외교부 입부 이래 미국, 콜롬비아 등 다양한 지역에서 외교관으로 근무했습니다. 또한 유엔1등 서기관, 유엔사무국 유엔사무총장 보좌관 등 다자외교 분야에서 다양한 역할을 수행하고 장관정책보좌관, 북핵외교기획단장 및 주 미얀마대사를 역임했습니다.
After joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1991, Amb. Lee Sang-hwa has served as diplomat in several countries including U.S.A, Colombia, and so on. He is also played significant role in the multilateral diplomacy as assistant to the UN Secretary-General, UN Secretariat, NY, U.S.A, Policy Advisor to the Minister, also as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
