Jonghyun Kim is the head of center in Jeju Youth Job Center, established to educate and employ local innovative talents in Jeju. To solve issues of unemployment in young generations, Jeju Youth Job Center provides annual support fored individuals through project-based innovative education, local innovative communities, and financial benefits. As a Jeju resident who graduated from the Department of Religious Studies at Seoul National University, Jonghyun Kim started working as an internet business planner, initiating projects relocating the headquarters of Daum and Nexon to Jeju in 2004 and 2009 respectively. After establishing a social group Sum-Ida in 2015, Jonghyun Kim has been supervising the Jeju Youth Job Center since 2019.
