Dr. Shine obtained a Ph.D. degree in Medical Business Management at KyungHee University, the first of its kind in Korea, and a Master's degree in Finance at the same university's Graduate School. After experiencing in the Healthcare Industry Research Institute and the Medical Business Research Center at the University, he has now been in tenure as Professor of Public Health Administration at DongSeo University. He was a board member of the Korean Society of Hospital Administration and the Korea Management Society, and a member of the U-Healthcare Team at Korea University. For administrative policies, he was an adviser for the Bio-pharmaceutical R&D committee in High-tech Medical Complex, for a leading business of Medical Tourism in Gangwon Province, and an adviser for Smart Health under the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy. In the private sector, he advised SamilPricewaterhouseCoppers in the Medical sector and was a consultant for u-health system development by BIT Computer. In consulting for domestic regions, he has been advising on Medical Tourism in Busanjin-Gu, Busan, and the Medical Tourism Consulting Committee in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.<BR><BR>
