Biography
Seoni Han is an associate research fellow at the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy. She is a development economist whose research covers various topics including conflict, health, agriculture, food and energy security with regional focus on African countries. She devotes her research to understanding the mechanisms that shape decision makings of individuals or households who usually confront constraints in the context of developing countries, and analyzing policies to promote inclusive growth and improve the lives of the underserved population. Prior to her career as a researcher, she had extensive professional experiences in the Education and ICT sectors in Korea and Cameroon.
