Lee Kwang-jun, the director of the Seogwipo Culture and City Center, has led various cultural city projects since Seogwipo was designated as a legal cultural city. He served as the director of the Seoul Oil Tank Culture Park Exploration Group Station and the co-leader of the Unused Space Cultural Regeneration Consulting Group of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. He has also made great efforts to elevate the outdoors culture, Seogwipo's unique culture, as a global cultural brand core value to create a sustainable Seogwipo cultural city.
