Kim Tae-kwan is an adjunct professor in the Department of Culture and Arts Management at Jeju National University and a performance planning expert adviser of the Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival. He majored in classical music, arts management, and culture policy, and obtained a master's and doctorate degree. As a performance planner at the Seogwipo Arts Center and Jeju Arts Center, he received a lot of favorable comments for his diverse and high-level panning. While working as a regular member of the Korean Art Critics Association and a columnist for Jemin Ilbo and the Korean Welfare Newspaper, he has conducted various activities to promote Jeju to the world through Jeju brand culture and art products.
