Biography
신은화는 경북대학교 철학과, 동 대학원 석사를 졸업한 후 독일 프라이부르크 대학에서 박사학위를 받았다. 자본주의 사회의 인간 소외 문제를 석사, 박사논문의 주제로 다루었고, 이후에도 지속적으로 그와 같은 사회철학적 문제들에 관심을 갖고 연구하고 있다. 경북대학교 철학과 강의교수 및 BK21플러스 사업단 연구원을 지냈으며, 현재 제주대학교 철학과에서 강의와 연구를 진행하고 있다.
Eun-hwa Shin graduated from Kyungpook National University with a master's degree in philosophy, and obtained a doctorate from Freiburg University in Germany. Shin dealt with the issues of human alienation in capitalist society as the subject of her master's and doctoral thesis, and has been continuously studying related social-philosophical problems. Shin worked as a lecturer in department of philosophy, and a researcher at BK21 Plus at Kyungpook National University. Currently, Shin is teaching and conducting research as an assistant professor in the department of philosophy at Jeju National University.
