송수영 변호사는 법무법인(유) 세종의 파트너 변호사다. 주된 업무분야는 ESG, 자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 등 금융기관 관련 법률에 관한 자문, 선박금융, 국내 및 해외 자산유동화 기타 구조화 금융, 부실채권(NPL) 매각, 부동산금융, 인수금융, 해외 프로젝트 파이낸스, 에너지 관련 자문업무, 금융기관 M&A, 보험, 파생금융거래 및 상속·금융 관련 소송업무다. 2022년 우리금융지주의 사회이사로 근무하고 있다. 2010년부터 세종에서 일하고 있으며 2007년 시법시험을 합격했다. 2003년부터 삼성증권 리서치센터에서 애널리스트로 일했다.
