Changbae Jeon graduated from the Department of Ethics Education at Seoul National University and worked for ICT companies such as Interpark, Yahoo Korea, and TU Media. As an ICT expert with experience in the Internet, broadcasting, and telecommunication industries, he founded the blockchain company IONAP and is currently serving as the chairman of the International Association for AI and Ethics(IAAE), which aims for innovation and sustainable prosperity of mankind through the harmonious promotion and development of artificial intelligence technology and ethics. He is also an advisor to the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, a member of the Digital Inclusion Forum of the National Information Society Agency, and a columnist for the Hankook Ilbo.
