Professor Chinyeol Nam works as a professor at the Silver-care Welfare Department at Jeju National University with his master’s degree and Ph.D. in social welfare at Joongang University. He served as a member of the Jeju branch of the Social Security Association of Korea, a member of the Social Security Committee for the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and the chairman of the Korea Association of Community Welfare. Professor Nam has written numerous reports and books on topics, including understanding of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, the impact that work awareness and awareness of compensation has on the willingness to change jobs by personnel of social welfare facilities in Jeju, the impacts of innovative leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment, and the functions and role restructuring of province-administrative city-district offices of Eup/Myeon/Dong of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province in the area of administrative work for welfare."
