Dong Han Yoon, born in Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do Province in 1947, is the chairman of Kolmar Korea, the first cosmetics ODM(Original Development manufacturing) company in South Korea. Since Kolmar Korea was established in 1990, Yoon has expanded its business area to include cosmetics, health functional food, and pharmaceuticals, and Kolmar Korea has grown into a global beauty and health company with annual sales of 2.5 trillion won. Yoon emphasizes the spirit of “牛步千里”, which means "slow and steady wins the race," as a core management philosophy and great wisdom in life. In addition to corporate activities, Yoon is also focusing on spreading the leadership of Admiral Yi Sun-sin, one of the greatest men in Korean history. He established the Seoul Yeohae Foundation, named after Admiral Yi Sun-sin’s pen name, and operates Yi Sun-sin School. He is also engaged in writing books about characters who helped Yi Sun-sin become a great hero, such as "80-year-old active general Jeong Geol" and "Mother who protected Chosun".
