Dr. Jong Heung Park developed various kinds of Information and Communication Technologies at ETRI(Electronics and Telecommunication Research Institute) and played an important role as an ETRI vice president in supporting the ICT industry by transferring R&D results to Korean companies. His activities focused on technology commercialization such as patent licensing, technology transfer, and incubating start-ups. Currently, he supports global technology commercialization as an ETRI Research Fellow and teaches “Catch-up strategy and process by technology commercialization to be an advanced country” at KAIST to graduate students who are from developing countries and LDCs.
