Biography
장투오셩 선임연구원은 중국국제전략연구기금회 외교정책연구센터 소장이다. 그는 또한 북경대학교 국제전략연구원의 중국 군축협의회 평의원이며 칭화대학교 CISS 학술위원회 위원이다. 그는 주영 중국대사관 국방부부관으로 인민해방군 국방대학의 전략연구소 연구위원을 지냈으며 인민해방군 군사대학에서 가르쳤다. 그의 주요 연구 관심사는 중·미 관계, 중·일 관계, 아시아·태평양 안보, 안보 위기 관리, 중국의 외교 정책이다. 그는 논문, 보고서, 책을 포함한 많은 연구 출판물을 저술하거나 공동 집필했다. 중국공산당 중앙당교에서 석사학위를 받았다.
Zhang Tuosheng is a senior fellow, the director of the Center for Foreign Policy Studies at the China Foundation for International and Strategic Studies. He is also a council member of the Chinese Arms Control and Disarmament Association, the Academy of International and Strategic Studies of Peking University and a member of the Academic Committee of CISS, Tsinghua University. Previously, he was the deputy defense attache at the Chinese Embassy in the UK, research fellow in the Institute of Strategic Studies of People’s Liberation Army (PLA) National Defense University and a lecturer at the PLA Military Collage. His main research interests are China-US relations, China-Japan relations, Asia-Pacific security, security crisis management and China’s foreign policy. He has authored or co-authored lots of research publications including papers, reports and books. He earned his master degree from Central Party School of the Communist Party of China.
