Biography

박소희는 이민진의 전세계 베스트셀러 소설을 원작으로 한 애플 TV+ "파친코" 의 정규 시리즈인 모자수 역으로 캐스팅되었다. 박소희는 재일교포 3세로 일본 니가타에서 태어났다. 와세다대학 졸업 후, Robert Allan Ackerman 감독의 Bent의 Max역으로 작품활동을 시작했으며 대표적인 출연작품으로는 “Angels in America”, “Desire Under the Elms”, “Three Sisters”, “Blood Wedding”, “Balm in Gilead”, “가 있다. 그리고 “The Roman Spring of Mrs. Ston”, “Strangers on a Train “등 세계적인 작품에도 출연했다. 2009년 “"The Ramen Girl”에서 Toshi역으로 출연하면서 전 세계적으로 알려지게 되었다. 현재는 미국에서 꾸준한 작품활동을 하고 있다.

Sohee Park has been cast as Mozasu, a series regular on Apple TV+ "Pachinko" based on Min Jin Lee's worldwide best-selling novel. Sohee Park was born in Niigata, Japan. He is the son of second generation Korean-Japanese (Zainichi) parents. After graduating from Waseda University, he made a major impact on the Tokyo theater world with his starring role of Max in Bent directed by Robert Allan Ackerman. Sohee also starred in many other plays including the multi-theater-awarded production of Angels in America, Desire Under the Elms, Three Sisters, Blood Wedding, Balm in Gilead and the world premiers of Strangers on a Train and The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone. In 2009 he was introduced to world wide audiences as Toshi, Brittany Murphy's love interest in "The Ramen Girl". In 2012, Sohee moved to Los Angeles to continue his American career.
