Biography
이서항 한국외교협회 부회장(현)은 서울대 정치학과를 졸업하고 미국 Kent주립대에서 정치학박사를 취득한 후 외교안보연구원(현 국립외교원) 교수 및 연구실장과 주뭄바이 총영사･한국해양전략연구소장 등을 역임했다.
Dr. Seo-Hang Lee is currently Vice Chairman at the Korean Council on Foreign Relations (KCFR). Before joining the KCFR in January 2020, he served as Professor and Dean of Research at the Korea National Diplomatic Academy between 1989 and 2010. Dr. Lee has also served as President at the Korea Institute for Maritime Strategy from 2015 to 2019. Dr. Lee graduated the Seoul National University and received Ph.D. degree in political science from Kent State University, U.S.A. in 1984.
