Biography
Dr. Seo-Hang Lee is currently Vice Chairman of the Korean Council on Foreign Relations (KCFR). Before joining the KCFR in January 2020, he served as Professor and Dean of Research at the Korea National Diplomatic Academy between 1989 and 2010. Dr. Lee also served as President of the Korea Institute for Maritime Strategy from 2015 to 2019. Dr. Lee graduated the Seoul National University and received a Ph.D. degree in political science from Kent State University, U.S.A. in 1984.
