Biography
한국 직업외교관 출신으로서 헝가리와 싱가포르에서 대사로 근무하였으며 현재 한국외교협회 부회장이며 단국대에서 초빙교수로 강의중이다. 2016~18 간 제주평화연구원장을 역임하였다.
