Biography
Suk-Won Lee is a Professor at the Graduate School of Public Administration at Seoul National University in South Korea. Since 2014, he has been leading the Center for International Development Evaluation (CIDE) at Seoul National University. He joined Seoul National University in 2002, where he has conducted numerous individual and governmental research projects on various issues of policy analysis and evaluation. During the past 20 years, he also has served as a member of many different government committees From 2017, he has been serving as a Planning Committee member of Presidential Committee of Ageing Society and Population Policy. Recently he led a number of governmental research projects on the evaluation of integrated care services for elderly people in the city of Jeoun-Ju. Currently, he participates in research projects focusing on the issue of smart city technology and elderly health care, to name a few, “O2O Service Model for Chronic Disease Care based on Digital Technology” and “Health and Medical Safety Net Model through ICT-connected Information Sharing.” He holds a Ph.D. from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University, and a Master's and a Bachelor's from Seoul National University.
