Dalila Yasmin AMRI SUED was appointed Special Envoy of Rwanda in July 2019 and submitted his credentials to the President of the Republic of Korea on November 12, 2019. Ambassador Dalila Yasmin AMRI SUED has served at the Consulate General in Rwanda, Dubai, since 2015 before taking office in Korea. Ambassador AMRI SUED, who has held several civilian positions for ten years, has gained experience ranging from communication to consultation to communication. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics (2002) from the University of Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in Belgium.
