Wonsun Yoo is currently working as a liability insurance underwriter at Korean Re, one of Asia’s leading reinsurance companies. Before joining Korean Re, Wonsun served as a political aide to a committee member at the Foreign Affairs and Reunification Committee at the National Assembly. He is also a part-time student, currently pursuing his Ph.D in Law at Sogang University. Wonsun graduated from Lehigh University, magna cum laude, majoring in Economics and Global Studies, and entered Seoul National University, Graduate School of International Studies. Through the Campus Asia Program, he received an M.A. in International Studies and an MPP from Seoul National University, and the University of Tokyo, respectively. He has also spent one semester at Peking University and interned at the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy(KIEP), Asian Development Bank Institute(ADBI), and GR Japan as part of the program. He is proud to call himself a global citizen having lived in five countries and speaking five languages, and is particularly enthusiastic about CJK cooperation. He has been active in Campus Asia-related programs hosted by TCS and is looking to contribute more towards trilateral cooperation.
