KIM Cheolhwan is a sign language interpreter and a civic activist. I have been consulting on the human rights of the Deaf for a long time. He is also working to address the discrimination that Deaf people and other people with disabilities are experiencing, and campaigning to revise laws to improve the human rights of people with disabilities.
