Major General Pan Zhenqiang (Retired) is the former Director of the Institute of Strategic Studies, National Defense University, PLA, China. He is currently Senior Adviser to the China Reform Forum (CRF), Director of the Research Institute for Strategy and Management of the Central University of Finance and Economics in China, and member of the Council of Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs.
