Biography
김준 교수는 (1) 비저니어링 (거버넌스, 관리, 모니터링의 삼합), (2) 지속가능성 측정도구 개발, 그리고 (3) 비저니어링의 과학적 원리에 대한 이해를 중점으로 복잡계과학 및 지역시스템 비저니어링 SDG Lab을 이끌고 있다. 서울대학교 아시아연구소의 미래지구 프로그램 디렉터로서 초학문 비전인 '건강한 생태-사회시스템, HESS’를 추구하며, 일본 농업기상학술지 자문위원과 Elsevier학술지 '날씨와 기후 극한’의 편집위원으로 활동하고 있다.
Prof. Joon Kim is leading the Complex Systems Science / Rural Systems Visioneering SDG Lab, focusing on (1) visioneering (i.e. a triad of governance, management, and monitoring), (2) developing sustainability metrics, and (3) understanding of the scientific principles in visioneering. He is a program director of Future Earth at SNUAC, pursuing HESS - a transdisciplinary vision of ‘Healthy Ecological-Societal Systems.’ He currently serves as an advisory board member of ‘Journal of Agricultural Meteorology’ of Japan and the editorial board member of ‘Weather and Climate Extremes’ Elsevier journal.
