SangWook Lee, a Ph.D. candidate in urban planning and real estate at Seoul National University, established Shareone Properties in 2018. Shareone Properties has developed and operates ‘Shareone’, a daily space platform for the millennials and Generation Z. He specializes in real estate development financial models creating social impacts such as real estate funds, REITs, and Public-Private Partnerships. Now, he is operating more than 110 rooms in 9 Co-living houses in Korea. He carried out the first conversion of an old vacant office building into a Co-living house in Korea and also presented the newly constructed Co-living house first.
He supplies spaces for revitalizing and innovating the old fashion industry in the Dongdaemun area and fosters new fashion brands. He has developed and operated a ‘Co-working Design Studio’ where upcoming fashion designers and skilled fashion manufacturers are work together. As a ‘brand builder’, furthermore, he is preparing the management and acceleration business for new designers launching a fashion brand.
