Biography
Lee Su-hoon is former Korean Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Japan. He started his career as a professor at Kyungnam University in March 1987. His study and career mainly aim at peace in Northeast Asia and North Korean issues. He was a Director for the Institute for Far Eastern Studies at Kyungnam University since February 2009. He was a Chairman of the Subcommittee for Foreign Affairs and Security, State Affairs Planning Advisory Committee in 2017. In October 2017~May 2019, he assumed his position as Korean Ambassador to Japan. He is currently a Chair Professor at Kyungnam University.
