Mrs. Jihee Suh, President of Women In Innovation((WIN) has been working at KPMG accounting firm for over 30 years. She led the Korea Women Institute Certificate Public Accountants from 2006 to 2010 as the first female partner of Korean large accounting firms and has tried to improve gender diversity in the accounting industry up to now. She was a Member of the Public Fund Management Committee in the Financial Service Commission, the Government Accounting Standards Board, The Steering Committee of Performance-based organization, and the Broadcasting Advertisement Committee in the Korea Communications Commission. Also, she has been one of the founding members of the WCD(Women Corporate Directors) Korea Chapter and is the president of WIN which is a corporate women leaders’ network to empower women for a better society.
